You have a complaint. What to do about it?
It is important to discuss your dissatisfaction or complaint with me first.
Perhaps there is a misunderstanding, and we can resolve it together. Check in with yourself and let me know what you are dissatisfied with or what you want to change. Is it difficult to put it into words? Then try to write it down and then submit this note to me. This may create an opening to talk to each other and solve the problem.
A good conversation with me will resolve your dissatisfaction or complaint. Learning to face and resolve disagreements and / or to navigate a seeming conflict can be very therapeutic.
Can’t we figure it out together?
Do you feel unable to discuss your dissatisfaction or complaint with me? Does the situation not allow this, or can we not resolve it together? Then you can use a complaints officer. The complaints officer will support you in formulating your complaint or dissatisfaction and in investigating solutions. Together with you, the officer will look at the options for finding a hearing for your complaint. Your complaint will be handled within six weeks.
